Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes the general framework for refunds on the Sellora platform. Individual refund terms are set by the creator on each product page.
1. Creator-managed refunds
Each creator defines and is responsible for their own refund policy. Buyers should review the policy displayed on the product page before completing checkout.
2. Statutory rights
Statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction apply. For digital content, the right of withdrawal may be limited or waived once delivery has begun with the buyer's express consent.
3. Chargebacks
Chargebacks are handled by the payment provider. Repeated or unjustified chargebacks may lead to account restrictions for buyers or creators.
4. Platform fees
Platform and processing fees on refunded transactions may not be refundable to the creator.
5. Disputes
Sellora may mediate disputes between buyers and creators but is not the seller and does not adjudicate refund decisions.
