These Buyer Terms apply when you purchase a digital product, course or membership offered by a creator on the Sellora platform.

1. Your contract is with the creator

When you buy a product on Sellora, your purchase contract is with the creator listed on the sales page, not with Sellora. Sellora provides the technical platform only and is not the seller.

2. Delivery

Digital products and access links are typically delivered immediately after successful payment. By completing checkout you may expressly consent to immediate delivery of digital content, which may affect statutory withdrawal rights where applicable.

3. Refunds

Refund policies are set and handled by each creator. See our general Refund Policy framework and the creator's individual policy on the relevant product page.

4. Support

Customer support for a product is provided by the creator. Sellora supports platform-level issues only.

5. Acceptable use

Your use of purchased content is governed by the creator's license terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.
