Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use Sellora to publish, sell or distribute content that:

• Violates any applicable law, regulation or third-party right.
• Infringes intellectual property, trademarks or publicity rights.
• Contains sexual content involving minors or any form of child exploitation.
• Promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm or hatred against protected groups.
• Constitutes fraud, scams, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, fake testimonials or misleading earnings claims.
• Distributes malware, phishing, spyware or unauthorized data collection.
• Sells regulated goods or services that require licensing the creator does not hold (financial advice, medical advice, legal services, gambling, pharmaceuticals, weapons, etc.).
• Includes non-consensual intimate content or violates personal privacy.
• Resells third-party content without proper rights.
• Abuses the platform infrastructure, attempts to bypass security, or interferes with the service.

Enforcement

Sellora may remove content, suspend accounts and terminate services for violations of this policy, with or without prior notice depending on severity.
