Sellora respects intellectual property rights and responds to clear notices of alleged infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable international IP laws.

Submitting a notice

To submit a notice, send the following information to support@digiplexx.com:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work or trademark claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material on the platform that you claim is infringing, with sufficient detail to locate it (URL).
• Your contact information (address, phone, email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with the corresponding information required by the DMCA.

Repeat infringers

Sellora terminates accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
