Affiliate Terms

These Affiliate Terms apply to anyone who promotes products available on the Sellora platform under a creator's affiliate program.

1. Relationship

The affiliate relationship exists between the affiliate and the creator running the affiliate program. Sellora provides the affiliate tracking and payout tooling only.

2. Acceptable promotion

• No spam, unsolicited bulk emails or messaging.
• No misleading claims, false testimonials or fake scarcity.
• No cookie stuffing, click fraud, incentivized clicks or self-referrals.
• No bidding on creator or Sellora brand terms in paid advertising without explicit permission.
• Comply with applicable advertising disclosure rules in your jurisdiction.

3. Commissions

Commission rates and cookie durations are set by the creator and may change with notice. Commissions are subject to refunds, chargebacks and fraud review.

4. Termination

Creators and Sellora may suspend or terminate affiliate accounts for violations of these terms or for fraudulent activity.
