Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your Sellora account at any time.
How to request deletion
- Send a request from your account email to support@digiplexx.com with the subject "Account deletion".
- Or use the "Delete account" action in Settings once available.
What happens after a request
- Your account is closed and your published products are taken offline.
- Personal data is deleted within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention obligations (e.g. tax, accounting, fraud prevention).
- Some aggregated and anonymized data may be retained for analytics.
- Buyers who already purchased a product may keep their access rights to delivered content where applicable.
Buyers
Buyers may request deletion of their buyer account from the same email address.
