Waitlist
When you join the waitlist we store the data you provide (including name, email address, country, profile and product type, current platform, biggest challenge, sales volume, desired feature and language) as well as campaign attribution data (UTM parameters). We use this data only to inform you about the launch and to align the product with real requirements.
Webinar registrations
For webinar registrations we store name, email address, optionally the phone number, the selected session and the time zone. This data is used to run the webinar and to send the related reminders.
Email and WhatsApp
We only send messages by email or WhatsApp based on the consent you gave. Consent is logged with timestamp and channel and can be withdrawn at any time — via the unsubscribe link in the email or by writing to support@digiplexx.com.
Services we use
The website is hosted and delivered through our hosting provider's infrastructure. Database, authentication and server functions run on Supabase. Transactional and marketing emails are sent via Resend, WhatsApp messages via the WhatsApp Business API. Payments — where used — are processed via Stripe or Digistore24. AI generations run through the AI provider used by the platform. Only the data required for the respective purpose is transferred.

We use strictly necessary storage only (language preference, session, security). No analytics or marketing scripts are loaded on this website. You can reopen your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
