• Customer data you process as a creator (acting as data controller).

• Providing the Sellora platform and its features.
• Processing payments, payouts and invoices.
• Security, fraud prevention and abuse detection.
• Customer support and service communications.
• Improving the platform (aggregated analytics).

Legal basis

Where applicable, we rely on the performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests and your consent.

International transfers

Sellora is operated from the United States. By using the platform you acknowledge that personal data may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

Roles

For your own account and platform usage, SwissZar LLC is the data controller. For data of buyers, students and members that you collect through your products, you (the creator) are the controller and Sellora acts as processor. See our Data Processing Addendum.

Your rights

You may have the right to access, rectify, delete, export or restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing. Requests can be sent to support@digiplexx.com. See also Account Deletion.

Retention

We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.
